We aim to schedule make-up lessons with your child’s regular tutor. However, if they are unavailable, the lesson may be conducted by a different tutor.
This may be permitted at our discretion, depending on the tutor’s subject expertise. Approval must be obtained in advance and is not guaranteed.
Lessons will still finish at the scheduled time. Additional time cannot be extended, and the lesson is charged in full.
You will not be charged for any lessons cancelled by us. This will not be counted towards your cancellation allowance.
We understand the importance of the right tutor fit. In this case, we will pause your current booking and arrange a new tutor for you. Once a new tutor and time are confirmed, your enrolment will continue under the standard cancellation policy.
Our goal is to support long-term learning and meaningful academic growth, not just short-term exam preparation. Consistent attendance plays a key role in achieving this.
Your child’s lesson time is reserved exclusively for them each week. Fees cover this reserved time, as well as lesson planning, preparation, and tutor allocation.
